Blog Post #5: Intermittent Fasting... let's try it again!

 Hey everyone!!

This week was a bit of a struggle for me. 

I decided to head home for the week, and I found it very challenging to stick to Intermittent Fasting while being home.

I have decided to add an additional week to my Intermittent Fasting, as I do not think my results are accurate because I haven't been consistent in my eating habits. 

This week I will not be updating you on my progress, but I will continue to track my daily moods, nutrition, and other results that I will share with you next week!
