Blog #10: Thank You For Following Along - I'll Miss Y'all!

Hello everyone! 👋😘

I just want to welcome you back one last time, as I thank you all for following my journey!

As most of you know, I started researching different eating habits and different diets that I wanted to try to see what worked best for me. In the end, I found that I did well in a calorie deficit during the weight watcher diet and on a low-calorie diet. Overall, I realized that there wasn't one specific diet that I wanted to follow, as I wanted to be able to eat what I wanted, so being in a calorie deficit is the simplest and easiest goal to follow. If you track your foods in MyFitnessPal while trying to eat healthier foods by staying in a calorie deficit, you should lose weight. Even if you have a bowl of ice cream, as long as you track this in your diary and stick under your calorie goal, you should lose weight. 

Losing weight and eating healthy shouldn't be a short-term diet that you follow, it should be a lifestyle change that you integrate into your habits! I also created a 7 Day Meal Plan with all my favourite dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This meal plan ranges from 1000-1315 calories (26-36 Weight Watcher points) per day, so make sure to include your favourite healthy snacks to bring you up to your individualized calorie goal!
